Alva Myrdal

In her personal life, Alva Myrdal married fellow intellectual Gunnar Myrdal in nineteen twenty-four. Together, they became the fourth married couple in history to each win Nobel Prizes, and notably, they were the first to achieve this independently, rather than through a shared prize.
