Ashton Baumann

Ashton Baumann, born on January fifth, nineteen ninety-three, is a distinguished Canadian swimmer renowned for his expertise in the breaststroke. His journey in competitive swimming began at the age of fourteen when he joined the Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club, igniting a passion that would lead him to remarkable achievements.

Baumann's dedication and talent culminated in his selection for Canada's Olympic team, where he proudly represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the two hundred meter breaststroke event. This significant milestone not only showcased his skills but also highlighted his commitment to the sport.

As the son of former Canadian Olympic swimmer Alex Baumann, Ashton has swimming in his blood. His family's relocation to Ottawa provided him with the opportunity to hone his abilities at Canterbury High School, further solidifying his path in the world of competitive swimming.
