In addition to her singles success, Safina also reached world No. 8 in doubles, showcasing her versatility and skill in the sport.

Throughout her career, Safina claimed twelve WTA Tour-level singles titles and nine doubles titles. Notably, she triumphed at the 2007 US Open, where she partnered with Nathalie Dechy to secure the women's doubles title.
