Erik Prince

Erik Prince, born on June sixth, nineteen sixty-nine, is a prominent American businessman and former U.S. Navy SEAL officer, best known for founding the private military company Blackwater. He served as the CEO of Blackwater until two thousand nine and continued as its chairman until the company was sold to a group of investors in two thousand ten.

In addition to his work with Blackwater, Prince established the private equity firm Frontier Resource Group in two thousand twelve. He also held the position of chairman at the Hong Kong-listed Frontier Services Group until two thousand twenty-one, further solidifying his influence in the business and security sectors.

Erik Prince hails from a family with a strong entrepreneurial background; he is the son of engineer and businessman Edgar Prince and the brother of Betsy DeVos, who served as the U.S. Secretary of Education.
