Kimbal Musk, born on September 20, 1972, is a prominent restaurateur and environmentalist known for his innovative contributions to the culinary and agricultural sectors. He co-owns The Kitchen Restaurant Group, which operates a series of successful restaurants across Colorado, Chicago, and Austin, emphasizing a farm-to-table dining experience.

In addition to his ventures in the restaurant industry, Musk is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. He is the co-founder and chairman of Big Green, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating outdoor classrooms known as Learning Gardens in schoolyards throughout the United States. This initiative aims to educate children about healthy eating and the importance of sustainable agriculture.
