Laura "Luann" Bambrough, known to the world as L'Wren Scott, was born on April 28, 1964. She began her illustrious career as a model in Paris, where she quickly made a name for herself in the fashion industry. After relocating to California, Scott transitioned into styling, working with iconic movie stars such as Madonna and Julia Roberts, showcasing her keen eye for fashion and design.

In two thousand six, L'Wren launched her first fashion collection, which was celebrated for its luxurious femininity and unique, unconventional elements. Her designs aimed to create a well-defined silhouette, appealing to a diverse clientele. Beyond clothing, she shared her insights on etiquette through her popular "L'Wrenisms" and expanded her brand to include shoes, handbags, glasses, makeup, and perfume. In two thousand thirteen, she collaborated with Banana Republic to create a line of affordable ready-to-wear holiday items, further solidifying her impact on the fashion landscape.

Scott's personal life was marked by her long-term relationship with Mick Jagger, the legendary frontman of the Rolling Stones, whom she met in Paris around two thousand one. Despite her professional success, L'Wren faced significant personal struggles. Tragically, on March 17, 2014, she was found dead in her home, a victim of suicide after a period of severe depression. Her legacy continues to inspire many in the fashion world.
