Mary Harrison McKee

Mary Harrison McKee, born on April third, eighteen fifty-eight, served as the acting First Lady of the United States during her father Benjamin Harrison's presidency. Following the death of her mother, Caroline Harrison, in October eighteen ninety-two, Mary stepped into the role, providing support and continuity in the White House during a challenging time.
