Maryse Mizanin, born on January twenty-first, nineteen eighty-three, is a multifaceted Canadian media personality renowned for her diverse career as a model, actress, and retired professional wrestler. She first gained prominence in the modeling world, clinching the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada in two thousand three, which paved the way for her entry into the world of professional wrestling.

In two thousand six, Maryse participated in the WWE Diva Search competition, successfully securing a contract with WWE. After honing her skills in developmental territories such as Ohio Valley Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling, she made her debut on the SmackDown brand in two thousand eight, where she quickly rose to fame by winning her first WWE Divas Championship that same year.

Her career continued to flourish as she was drafted to the WWE Raw brand in two thousand nine, where she made history by becoming the first woman to win the Divas Championship more than once, claiming her second title in two thousand ten.
