Omurtag of Bulgaria, also known as Murtag or Murtagon, was a prominent Great Khan of Bulgaria who reigned from eight hundred fourteen to eight hundred thirty-one. His legacy is marked by his title, 'the Builder,' reflecting his significant contributions to the architectural landscape of Bulgaria.
