Ron Greschner, born on December 22, 1954, is a distinguished Canadian former professional ice hockey player who made a significant impact in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a defenceman. His career spanned an impressive sixteen seasons from 1974 to 1990, all of which he dedicated to the New York Rangers.
Selected thirty-second overall in the 1974 NHL amateur draft, Greschner quickly established himself as a key player for the Rangers.
