Zaman Shah Durrani

Zaman Shah Durrani, born in 1770, was a prominent figure in the history of the Durrani Empire, serving as its third king from 1793 until 1801. His reign marked a significant period in the empire's development, characterized by both challenges and achievements.

As an ethnic Pashtun belonging to the esteemed Sadozai clan, Zaman Shah was deeply rooted in the legacy of his family. He was the grandson of the empire's founder, Ahmad Shah Durrani, and the fifth son of Timur Shah Durrani, which positioned him within a lineage of influential leaders.
