Abdul-Rahman Al-Sudais

Abdul-Rahman Al-Sudais, born on November twenty-second, nineteen sixty-two, is a prominent figure in the Islamic world, serving as the Chief Imam of the Grand Mosque, Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. His role extends beyond that of a spiritual leader; he is also the President of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques and a distinguished Qāriʾ, known for his exceptional recitation of the Qur'an.

In two thousand five, Al-Sudais was honored as the 'Islamic Personality of the Year' by the Dubai International Holy Qur'an Award, a testament to his influence and contributions to Islamic scholarship and community leadership.
