Abdullah al-Sallal

Abdullah al-Sallal, born on January ninth, nineteen seventeen, was a prominent Yemeni military officer and politician who played a pivotal role in shaping modern Yemen. He is best remembered as the leader of the North Yemeni Revolution of nineteen sixty-two, which marked a significant turning point in the country's history.
