Adam Lallana, born on May 10, 1988, is an accomplished English professional football coach and former player, renowned for his role as an attacking midfielder. Currently, he serves as the manager of Southampton Under-21s, guiding the next generation of football talent.
Lallana's football journey began at AFC Bournemouth, where he honed his skills before making a pivotal move to Southampton in 2000.
