Ahmad Shah Qajar, born on January twenty-first, nineteen ninety-eight in Tabriz, became the last ruler of the Qajar dynasty. His ascension to the throne occurred at a remarkably young age of eleven, following the ousting of his father, Mohammad Ali Shah, by the Parliament on July sixteenth, nineteen oh nine.
Due to his youth, the responsibilities of governance fell to his uncle, Ali-Reza Khan, who served as Regent during Ahmad Shah's formative years. This period was marked by significant political turmoil and the challenges of leading a nation in transition.
Upon reaching adulthood, Ahmad Shah was formally crowned on July twenty-first, nineteen fourteen, marking the beginning of his direct rule. His reign, however, was fraught with difficulties as Iran navigated the complexities of modernity and foreign influence.
