Aiyanna Stiverne

Aiyanna Stiverne is a talented sprinter who proudly represents Canada, despite her American roots. Born on February twentieth, nineteen ninety-five, in Miami, Florida, she has made her mark in the world of athletics, particularly in the 4 × 400 metres relay and the 400 metres events.

Stiverne's athletic journey began during her collegiate years, where she showcased her skills at the University of Texas at El Paso and the University of Miami. Her dedication and talent were evident early on, as she was selected as an alternate member of the American team for the 2014 World Junior Championships held in Eugene, Oregon.

Her international career took off when she first competed for Canada at the Beijing 2015 World Championships in the 4 × 400 metres relay. This was followed by her participation in the 400 metres at the London 2017 World Championships, further establishing her presence on the global stage.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Aiyanna is also known for her familial connection to the sports world, being the cousin of former WBC heavyweight world champion Bermane Stiverne. This connection adds an intriguing layer to her story as she continues to pursue excellence in her sport.
