Akbar Djuraev

Akbar Djuraev, born on October eighth, nineteen ninety-nine, is a prominent weightlifter from Uzbekistan, celebrated for his remarkable achievements in the sport. He has made a name for himself as an Olympic Champion and Junior World Champion, showcasing his exceptional talent on the international stage.

At the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan, Djuraev clinched the gold medal in the men's 109 kg event, solidifying his status as one of the top competitors in his category. His prowess continued to shine at the 2021 World Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he again secured the gold medal in the men's 109 kg event.
