Akio Otsuka

Akio Otsuka, born on November twenty-four, nineteen fifty-nine, is a distinguished Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator hailing from the Tokyo Metropolitan area. Currently a freelancer, he previously lent his talents to Mausu Promotion, where he became renowned for his warm and calm deep voice, which has graced numerous films, dubbing projects, animations, and video games.

Otsuka is perhaps best known for his iconic roles, including the second generation Jigen Daisuke in the beloved series Lupin III, the titular character in Black Jack, and the various incarnations of Solid Snake in the acclaimed Metal Gear series.
