Al-Baqillani

Abū Bakr Muḥammad ibn al-Ṭayyib al-Bāqillānī, born in the year nine hundred fifty, was a distinguished Sunni Muslim scholar and polymath. His expertise spanned across various fields, including speculative Islamic theology, jurisprudence, logic, and hadith. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to the defense and promotion of the Ash'ari school of thought within Islam, making significant contributions to its development.
