Albert Ferrer, born on June 6, 1970, is a distinguished Spanish former professional footballer renowned for his role as a right-back. His career is most notably marked by a significant tenure at FC Barcelona, where he showcased his skills for nearly a decade. During this period, he earned the affectionate nickname 'Chapi' and made a remarkable contribution to the team, appearing in a total of 221 La Liga matches over nine seasons.
