Albert Louis Hammond Jr., born on April 9, 1980, in Los Angeles, is a talented American-British musician renowned for his contributions as a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is best recognized as a key member of the iconic rock band The Strokes, where he plays both rhythm and lead guitar, occasionally stepping in as a keyboardist and backing vocalist.
