Albert Marquet

Albert Marquet, born on March twenty-seventh, eighteen seventy-five, was a distinguished French painter and visual artist. He is best known for his contributions to the Fauvism movement, where he initially made his mark alongside fellow artist Henri Matisse, with whom he shared a lifelong friendship.
