Aleksandra Fedoriva, born on September thirteenth, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished Russian track and field athlete renowned for her prowess in sprinting events. The daughter of Soviet athlete Andrey Fedoriv, she initially specialized in hurdles, showcasing her talent as a semi-finalist in the 100 metres hurdles at the 2005 World Youth Championships in Athletics. Her remarkable journey continued as she secured fourth place at the 2006 World Junior Championships and clinched the gold medal at the 2007 European Athletics Junior Championships.
In 2007, Fedoriva set a Russian junior record in the 60 metres hurdles, completing the distance in eight point two two seconds, a record that stood for five years. Her Olympic debut came in 2008 at the Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the 4 × 100 metres relay alongside Yuliya Chermoshanskaya, Yulia Gushchina, and Yevgeniya Polyakova.
