Alex Burrows

Alex Burrows, born on April eleventh, nineteen eighty-one, is a distinguished Canadian ice hockey coach and former player. Currently serving as a player development consultant for the Montreal Canadiens in the National Hockey League (NHL), Burrows has made significant contributions to the sport both on and off the ice.

Throughout his career, Burrows played primarily as a left winger, spending the majority of his time with the Vancouver Canucks. Initially recognized as an agitator, he evolved into a skilled top-line player, showcasing his remarkable talent and determination. His journey to the NHL is particularly inspiring, as he rose from being an undrafted player in the ECHL to achieving professional success.

In addition to his ice hockey career, Burrows also excelled in ball hockey, competing in various national and international tournaments during the summer months. His exceptional skills earned him the title of International Ball Hockey Player of the Year in two thousand five, and he has been honored with inductions into both the Canadian and International Ball Hockey Hall of Fame.
