Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, born on August 15, 1993, is an accomplished English professional footballer currently playing as a midfielder for Scottish Premiership club Celtic. His career took off during the 2010–11 season with Southampton, where he showcased his talent at the young age of seventeen.

In August 2011, Oxlade-Chamberlain made a significant move to Arsenal, where he quickly made an impact by scoring twice in his first three matches. This remarkable feat earned him the title of the youngest English goalscorer in UEFA Champions League history. Over six seasons with Arsenal, he played one hundred ninety-eight matches, netting twenty goals and contributing to the club's success by winning the FA Cup three times.

In August 2017, he transferred to Liverpool, where he continued to excel, helping the team secure the prestigious UEFA Champions League title in the 2018–19 season and the Premier League championship in 2019–20. After a successful stint, he joined Turkish club Beşiktaş in 2023, but was released in 2025.

Oxlade-Chamberlain's international career began in May 2012 when he made his debut for the England national team in a friendly match against Norway. His impressive performances led to a surprise call-up for UEFA Euro 2012, making him the second youngest player to represent England in the European Championships.
