Alexandra Fol, a talented Bulgarian-Canadian composer, organist, and harpsichordist, has made her mark in the vibrant music scene of Montreal, Quebec. Born on July eleventh, nineteen eighty-one, she has dedicated her life to creating a diverse body of work that spans over forty compositions across various mediums.
Her music has been performed by prestigious ensembles, including the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal, and the Boston University Orchestra. Notably, her piece 'Pegasus', op. thirty-seven, was commissioned for the seventieth anniversary of the Montréal Symphony Orchestra's Children's series and was featured in an educational CD for children during the two thousand five to two thousand six season.
