Alfred Rosenberg

Alfred Rosenberg, born on January twelfth, nineteen ninety-three, was a prominent Baltic German figure in the Nazi regime, known for his roles as a journalist, politician, and ideologue. He was introduced to Adolf Hitler by Dietrich Eckart, which marked the beginning of his influential yet controversial career within the Nazi government.

Rosenberg held several significant positions, including the head of the NSDAP Office of Foreign Affairs throughout the entirety of Nazi Germany's rule from nineteen thirty-three to nineteen forty-five. He also led Amt Rosenberg, an official body focused on cultural policy and surveillance, from nineteen thirty-four to nineteen forty-five, and served as the editor of the Nazi Party newspaper, Völkischer Beobachter.

During World War II, he was appointed as the head of the Reich Ministry for the Occupied Eastern Territories, where he played a crucial role in directing the mass murder of Slavs. His actions during this period contributed to his later conviction at the Nuremberg trials in nineteen forty-six, where he faced charges including crimes against peace and crimes against humanity. Ultimately, he was sentenced to death by hanging and executed on October sixteenth, nineteen forty-six.
