Ali Nasir Muhammad

Ali Nasir Muhammad, born on December thirty-first, nineteen thirty-nine, is a prominent Yemeni politician known for his significant contributions to the political landscape of South Yemen. His political career is marked by his tenure as the Secretary-General of the Yemeni Socialist Party from nineteen eighty to nineteen eighty-six, a period during which he played a crucial role in shaping the party's direction and policies.

Throughout his career, Muhammad held the esteemed position of President of South Yemen on two separate occasions, showcasing his leadership and influence in the region. His first term as Prime Minister began on August second, nineteen seventy-one, and lasted until February fourteenth, nineteen eighty-five, during which he implemented various reforms aimed at modernizing the country.

In addition to his role as Prime Minister, he served as the Chairman of the Presidential Council starting on June twenty-six, nineteen seventy-eight, following the ousting and execution of Salim Rubai Ali.
