Alice Weidel

Alice Weidel, born on February sixth, nineteen seventy-nine, is a prominent figure in German politics, known for her role as a far-right politician and co-chairwoman of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Since June twenty-two, she has been leading the party alongside Tino Chrupalla, marking a significant presence in the political landscape.

Weidel's political journey began with her election to the Bundestag in the two thousand seventeen federal election, where she served as the AfD's lead candidate alongside Alexander Gauland. Her leadership skills were further showcased when she took on the role of leader of the AfD parliamentary group in the Bundestag, a position she has held since October two thousand seventeen.
