Alyssa Naeher, born on April twentieth, nineteen eighty-eight, is a distinguished American professional soccer player renowned for her role as a goalkeeper for Chicago Stars FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). Her journey in soccer began at Penn State University, where she showcased her talent as a two-time first-team All-American, setting the stage for her professional career.

Naeher embarked on her professional journey with the Boston Breakers in two thousand ten, competing in Women's Professional Soccer. Following the league's dissolution, she took her skills to Turbine Potsdam in Germany before returning to the Breakers when the NWSL was established. Her remarkable performance earned her the title of NWSL Goalkeeper of the Year in two thousand fourteen, solidifying her reputation in the sport.
