Ambaghai

Ambaghai Khan, who lived until the year one thousand one hundred fifty-six, was a prominent figure in the Khamag Mongol lineage. He succeeded his cousin, Khabul Khan, and played a significant role in the history of the Mongol tribes.

As a great-grandson of Khaidu Khan, Ambaghai was deeply rooted in the Mongol aristocracy. His familial connections extended to Hotula Khan, his cousin and predecessor, highlighting the intricate web of relationships that defined Mongol leadership during this era.

Leading the Taichud clan, a notable sub-branch of the Borjigid, Ambaghai Khan's influence was felt across the region. His legacy continued through his lineage, as he was also the grandson and successor of Charaqai Lingqum, further solidifying his status within the Mongol hierarchy.
