Amitabh Bachchan, born on October 11, 1942, in Allahabad, India, is a legendary figure in Hindi cinema, renowned for his remarkable versatility as an actor, producer, singer, and writer. His illustrious career spans over five decades, during which he has starred in more than 200 films, earning him the titles of Shahenshah of Bollywood and the Star of the Millennium. His portrayal of the 'angry young man' in iconic films like Zanjeer, Deewaar, and Sholay during the 1970s and 1980s solidified his status as a cultural icon, with French director François Truffaut famously dubbing him a 'one-man industry.'

Bachchan's educational journey took him through Sherwood College in Nainital and Kirori Mal College at the University of Delhi.
