Amy Johnson

Amy Johnson, born on July first, nineteen oh three, was a trailblazing English aircraft pilot and engineer, renowned for her remarkable achievements in aviation. She made history as the first woman to fly solo from London to Australia, a feat that not only showcased her exceptional skills but also paved the way for future generations of female pilots.

Throughout the 1930s, Johnson set numerous long-distance flying records, often accompanied by her husband, Jim Mollison.
