Anandiben Patel

Anandiben Patel, born on November twenty-first, nineteen forty-one, is a prominent Indian politician currently serving as the twentieth governor of Uttar Pradesh since two thousand nineteen. Her political journey is marked by significant milestones, including her tenure as the seventeenth governor of Madhya Pradesh from two thousand twenty to two thousand twenty-one and as the governor of Chhattisgarh from two thousand eighteen to two thousand nineteen.

Notably, Anandiben made history as the first and only female Chief Minister of Gujarat, showcasing her leadership in a predominantly male-dominated field. She holds the distinction of being the second female governor of Uttar Pradesh, following the legendary Sarojini Naidu, and is recognized as the longest-serving governor of the state.

A dedicated member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) since nineteen eighty-seven, Anandiben has held various significant positions throughout her career.
