André Onana

André Onana, born on April 2, 1996, is a distinguished Cameroonian professional footballer renowned for his skills as a goalkeeper. Currently, he plays for Süper Lig club Trabzonspor, on loan from Premier League giants Manchester United, and represents the Cameroon national team.

Onana's football journey began in earnest when he joined Barcelona's youth system in 2010. His professional career took off in 2015 when he signed with Ajax, where he made an impressive 214 appearances and secured three Eredivisie titles, showcasing his talent and dedication on the field.

In July 2022, Onana made a significant move to Inter Milan on a free transfer. During his solitary season with the club, he not only clinched the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana titles but also played a pivotal role in leading the team to the Champions League final.

In 2023, Manchester United recognized Onana's potential and signed him for an initial fee of forty-three million eight hundred thousand pounds. At the international level, he has been a vital asset for the Cameroon national team, earning over fifty caps since his debut in September 2016.
