In April two thousand fourteen, Jung took the helm as president and CEO of Grameen America, a non-profit microfinance organization established by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus. Prior to this role, she made history as the first female CEO and chairman of Avon Products, Inc., a leading multi-level marketing company, serving from nineteen ninety-nine to two thousand twelve.
Jung's influence extended beyond Avon, as she became the first woman to chair both the Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association and the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations.
