Andreas Granqvist

Andreas Granqvist, born on April 16, 1985, is a distinguished former Swedish professional footballer renowned for his role as a centre-back. He embarked on his football journey with Helsingborgs IF in the mid-2000s, where he laid the foundation for a remarkable career that spanned multiple countries, including England, the Netherlands, Italy, and Russia.

Granqvist's international career was equally impressive, representing the Sweden national team from 2006 to 2021. Over this period, he earned eighty-eight caps and showcased his talent at four UEFA European Championships, as well as the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
