Andreas Hinkel

Andreas Hinkel, born on March 26, 1982, is a distinguished German football coach and former professional player, celebrated for his contributions on the field as a right-back. His career began in 2000 with VfB Stuttgart, where he showcased his skills in the Bundesliga, quickly establishing himself as a promising talent.

In 2006, Hinkel made a significant move to La Liga, joining Sevilla, where he further honed his abilities. His journey continued in January 2008 when he signed with Celtic in the Scottish Premier League for a transfer fee of one million nine hundred thousand pounds. Hinkel's time at Celtic was marked by notable performances, although he faced challenges, including a serious cruciate ligament injury that sidelined him for the entire 2010–11 season.

Throughout his international career, Hinkel earned 21 caps for the Germany national team between 2003 and 2009, participating in prestigious tournaments such as Euro 2004.
