Andrée A. Michaud, born on November 12, 1957, is a distinguished Canadian writer and playwright hailing from Quebec. With a remarkable career spanning several genres, she has made significant contributions to French-language literature.

Her literary prowess has been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Governor General's Award for French-language fiction, which she won twice.
