Andy Dalton, born on October twenty-ninth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a prominent American professional football quarterback currently playing for the Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League (NFL). Known affectionately as 'the Red Rifle', Dalton's journey in football began at Texas Christian University, where he made a significant impact as the leader in quarterback wins and earned the title of MW Offensive Player of the Year twice.

Drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the two thousand eleven NFL draft, Dalton quickly established himself as a formidable player. Over his first nine seasons with the Bengals, he led the team to five consecutive playoff appearances from two thousand eleven to two thousand fifteen and was honored with three Pro Bowl selections.
