He made history as the first Israeli player to clinch a senior Grand Slam title, marking a significant milestone in the nation's sports legacy.

Ram's illustrious career includes remarkable victories in mixed doubles, having won the prestigious Wimbledon Championships in two thousand six alongside Vera Zvonareva, and the French Open in two thousand seven with Nathalie Dechy.
