Angela Goethals

Angela Goethals is a talented American actress known for her work across film, television, and stage. She began her acting journey at a young age, making her debut in the 1987 Broadway production of Coastal Disturbances. By the age of fourteen, she had already made a significant mark in the industry, winning the Obie Award for Distinguished Performance by an Actress for her role as Edna Arkins in the 1991 Off-Broadway production of The Good Times Are Killing Me.

Goethals gained widespread recognition for her role as the sister of Macaulay Culkin's character in the beloved holiday classic Home Alone in 1990. Following this breakout role, she starred in various independent films and television shows, including the title role in the short-lived sitcom Phenom in 1993 and a memorable appearance in Jerry Maguire in 1996.

After graduating from Vassar College in 1999 with an A.B. in French, Goethals returned to her acting roots. In 2005, she made a notable return to television with a recurring guest role on the hit series 24.
