She is widely recognized as the second wife of Enrique Peña Nieto, the sixty-fourth president of Mexico.

Notable works include 'Alcanzar una estrella II' in nineteen ninety-one, 'La dueña' in nineteen ninety-five, and 'Destilando amor' in two thousand seven, which earned her the affectionate nickname 'La Gaviota' or 'The Seagull'.
