Anies Baswedan

Anies Baswedan, born on May seventh, nineteen sixty-nine, is a prominent Indonesian politician, academic, and activist. He served as the Governor of Jakarta from two thousand seventeen to two thousand twenty-two, making significant contributions to the city during his tenure. Before entering public service, Anies was an active student leader and political analyst, showcasing his commitment to social issues and governance.

His academic journey led him to become the Rector of Paramadina University, where he influenced many young minds. Anies also held the position of Minister of Education and Culture in the administration of President Joko Widodo, further solidifying his role in shaping Indonesia's educational landscape.
