Growing up in a family steeped in chess, Anna was introduced to the game at the tender age of three in Spain. Her mother, Pia Cramling, is a renowned Swedish grandmaster, while her father, Juan Manuel Bellón López, is a Spanish grandmaster. At eleven, Anna moved to Sweden, where she switched her federation from Spain to Sweden, furthering her chess journey.

Throughout her youth, Anna participated in numerous prestigious tournaments, including the European Youth, World Cadets, World Youth, and World Junior Chess Championships from two thousand fifteen to two thousand nineteen.
