Anna Fotyga

Anna Fotyga, born on January twelfth, nineteen fifty-seven, is a prominent Polish politician and diplomat. Currently, she serves as a Member of the European Parliament, where she represents the interests of her constituents while also holding the esteemed position of Secretary-General of the European Conservatives and Reformists Party.

Her political career is marked by significant roles, including her tenure as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland from two thousand six to two thousand seven, during the administrations of Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz and Jarosław Kaczyński. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in shaping Poland's foreign policy during a pivotal time in the country's history.

In addition to her role as Foreign Minister, Fotyga also served as the Chief of the Chancellery of the President from two thousand seven to two thousand eight. This position allowed her to influence domestic policy and support the President in various administrative functions.
