Anne of Bohemia

Anne of Bohemia, born on the eleventh of May in the year one thousand three hundred sixty-six, was a prominent figure in medieval politics as the first wife of King Richard II of England. A member of the illustrious House of Luxembourg, she was the daughter of Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Bohemia, and Elizabeth of Pomerania.
