Anthony Pilkington

Anthony Pilkington, born on June sixth, nineteen eighty-eight, is a retired Irish professional footballer renowned for his role as a winger. His journey in football began in the non-league circuit, where he showcased his talent before making the leap to professional football.

He first made his mark at Stockport County, followed by a significant stint at Huddersfield Town. In July twenty-eleven, Pilkington signed with Premier League club Norwich City in a deal valued at up to three million pounds. During his time with the Canaries, he made seventy-five appearances in the top tier, contributing to the team's efforts in the highly competitive league.

After three successful years at Norwich, he transitioned to Cardiff City, where he continued to demonstrate his skills on the pitch. In addition to his club career, Pilkington proudly represented the Republic of Ireland at the international level, earning nine caps and contributing to his national team's endeavors.
