Anton Ažbe

Anton Ažbe, born on May thirtieth, eighteen sixty-two, was a prominent Slovene realist painter and an influential art educator. Orphaned at the tender age of eight and facing physical challenges from birth, Ažbe's journey into the world of art began as an apprentice under the guidance of Janez Wolf.
