Ararat Mirzoyan

Ararat Mirzoyan, born on November twenty-third, nineteen seventy-nine, is a prominent Armenian historian and politician. He currently holds the esteemed position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, a role that underscores his significant influence in shaping the country's diplomatic landscape.

Before ascending to his current role, Mirzoyan served as the President of the National Assembly of Armenia from January two thousand nineteen to August two thousand twenty-one. His leadership during this period was marked by a commitment to democratic principles and legislative reform.

A founding member of the Civil Contract Party, Mirzoyan demonstrated his political acumen by running under the Way Out Alliance during the two thousand seventeen parliamentary elections. His successful campaign led to his election as a representative for the third electoral district, which encompasses the Malatia-Sebastia and Shengavit neighborhoods of Yerevan.
